WELCOME

Multiple times a day the people of rural towns in Guatemala face the hardships and dilemmas of using a dry compost latrine.

The majority of the Mayan people earn on average two dollars a day; requiring nearly 6 months worth of savings to purchase an adequate latrine that supplies for agriculture as well as simply disposing of their wastes.

FACT: 426,000 Guatemalans don’t have proper sanitation
